Making Mead from Pure, Local Honey
We are beekeepers and mead makers. Our past 10+ years keeping bees have only deepened our respect for honey and our fascination with fermenting it.
Mead can be dry or sweet, still or bubbly, crisp and complex. We make our meads in our Commerce St. Winery and serve them 10 feet away in our tasting room.
Classic Meads
Our Classic Meads are made from our local wildflower honey and can include fruit, spices, or unique production methods to fully develop their flavor. These meads can range from dry to sweet and have an ABV range of 10-15%. Served by the glass at our meadery and in bottles to go.
Session Meads
Our Session Meads are a modern interpretation of the classic mead recipe. These 7-8% ABV meads are refreshing on a hot day and won’t leave you feeling weighed down after a glass or two. Served on tap at the meadery and in bottles and growlers to go.
